Last weekend the Maui Stand Up Paddle Community came together to support „Camp IMUA“ and their annual SUP-Race presented by BLUESMITHS a local water wear company. This race at the world famous Maliko Run was held to raise money so kids with special needs get to enjoy summer camp the same way „regular“ kids do. Since we at JUCKER HAWAII enjoy ocean sports as much as Skateboarding, we supported the race by donating two of our „Kaimana“ Longboards for the big raffle at the end of the race. After all, the artwork on the board is created by Sonni Hönscheid who is a well known paddler on Maui and internationally. In fact she came in second over all in the womens class. Even more so she was super stocked to see her artwork making an impression at an event serving the less fortunate.
